Honest Review of AULA F75 Pro’s Hot-Swappable Switches
I recently bought the AULA F75 Pro to upgrade my gaming setup, mainly because of its hot-swappable switches. However, after some use, I’ve run into a few issues. The switches feel a bit loose sometimes, and I’m worried about durability over time. I was hoping to get some honest opinions from people who have experience with this keyboard.
Should I keep it or look for something else? Are the hot-swap switches really reliable in the long run? Any tips on maintaining them or avoiding common problems would be appreciated.

I've heard that some cheaper switches might not hold up well, even if they are hot-swappable. Which switches are you using, Mike?

I've had similar issues with loose switches on my F75 Pro. I think the build quality might be inconsistent. Maybe try switching to higher-quality switches?

Interesting. Do you think replacing the switches with a different brand would improve longevity?

David, it depends on the switch brand. Some third-party switches are more durable, but compatibility and fit can vary. Always check reviews.

In my experience, the stock switches on the F75 Pro are decent. If durability is an issue, consider switches like Gateron or Kailh.

Has anyone tried lubing or modifying the switches? Would that help with the feel and longevity?

Laura, I lubed my switches and it definitely improved the feel. But it’s a bit of a hassle, and I worry about affecting the switch's lifespan.

Good point, Sarah. Also, make sure to use the right lubricant and minimal amounts to avoid gunking up the switches.

Overall, do you think the hot-swappable feature is worth it despite these issues? Or is it more of a gimmick?

Emily, I think it’s useful if you like customizing, but you should be prepared for some trial and error to get everything perfect.
I've been using the F75 Pro for a few months, and I haven't had major issues with the switches being loose. Make sure you're installing them properly.
Mike, how do you ensure proper installation? Do you have any tips for avoiding loose switches?
Sarah, I gently press the switch until it clicks into place and avoid forcing it. Also, check for any debris that might prevent a snug fit.
