Is the MSI Codex Z2 a Good VR Gaming PC?

I recently came across the MSI Codex Z2 and I’ve been thinking about making it my next gaming PC, especially for VR. But I haven’t seen much detailed info on its VR performance. After reading some reviews, I noticed it seems powerful enough, but I’m unsure if it handles VR gaming smoothly or if there are known issues. Has anyone here used it for VR? Should I invest in this model for a seamless VR experience? Would love some real user insights.

I’ve been using the MSI Codex Z2 for a couple of months, and VR runs smoothly without any lag. The specs are solid for VR gaming.

I have the same concern. I was about to buy it, but I read some reports about thermal issues during long gaming sessions. Anyone experienced that?

Mike, I haven't had thermal issues, but I recommend upgrading the cooling system if you plan on extended VR sessions.

The specs look decent, but I’m worried about future-proofing. Do you think this PC will handle upcoming VR titles?

David, it should be fine for a year or two, but for the long term, a custom build might give you more flexibility.

I bought a Codex Z2 last month. VR performance is great, but I had to update the GPU drivers to get everything running smoothly.

Chris, which VR headset are you using? I’ve heard some compatibility issues with certain headsets.

James, it has a solid GPU, but for the latest AAA VR titles, you might want to check if you can upgrade the GPU later.

I had a bad experience with MSI PCs overheating, but that was a couple of years ago. Is the current model better in that regard?

Ben, MSI has improved cooling solutions in recent models, but always ensure good airflow and consider additional cooling if needed.
