Is the Redragon S107 Still Worth It After Updates?

I bought the Redragon S107 Gaming Combo recently and was excited to try it out. After some use, I noticed that the keyboard feels a bit off, especially with the key responsiveness. I read some old reviews, but now I wonder—**has the performance improved after recent updates?**

I’m debating whether to keep it or look for something newer. Has anyone tested the latest version? Would love to hear your thoughts before making a decision.

I’ve been using the S107 for a year, and honestly, it still holds up pretty well for casual gaming. The keys might not be super high-end, but they’re reliable.

Mike, do you notice any lag or delay when gaming? That’s been my concern with budget combo sets.

I think the recent firmware updates really helped improve the responsiveness. I’ve had no issues lately.

For me, the biggest issue was the build quality. Buttons started sticking after a few months. Has anyone experienced that recently?

Emily, I haven't had sticking buttons, but the keys do feel a bit mushy compared to mechanicals.

I upgraded to a mechanical keyboard, but the S107 still works fine for basic gaming. I’d say if you’re on a budget, it’s decent.

Should I consider the updated version? Or are there better budget combos now?

I’d suggest checking out recent reviews. Some say the latest batch has improved durability.

The sound from the speakers isn’t great, but the overall performance is okay for the price.

Kevin, do you think the sound quality has improved with updates or remains the same?

I think for the price, it’s a decent starter set. But don’t expect high-end performance.

Has anyone tried the combo on different operating systems? Any compatibility issues?

Good point, Michelle. I run Windows 11 and had no trouble. Not sure about other OSes.

Would you recommend it for someone who games frequently or just casual use?

Sam, I’d say it’s better for casual or beginner gamers. Heavy gamers might want something more premium.
