Is the Skytech Nebula with RTX 4060 Worth It?
I recently bought the Skytech Nebula Gaming PC, mainly attracted by its RTX 4060 GPU and sleek design. However, after setting it up, I’ve run into some issues. The performance seems a bit inconsistent, especially during demanding games—sometimes it drops frames unexpectedly. Also, I noticed the system runs quite loud under load, which wasn’t expected. I’ve read some reviews, but most focus on the specs rather than real-world use. Should I keep this, or is there something I should be aware of before deciding? Would love to hear others’ experiences or advice!

I own a Skytech Nebula with the same specs. Performance-wise, it's solid, but yes, it can get loud. I upgraded the CPU cooler, which helped.

John, did you notice any drop in performance after your cooler upgrade?

The loud noise might be the fans ramping up under load. Check if the BIOS or fan curve settings can be adjusted for quieter operation.

I'm thinking of getting the Nebula too. Did you guys experience any driver or compatibility issues with the RTX 4060?

Anna, I haven't had major issues, but a few game updates caused some crashes initially. Keep your drivers updated.

Performance fluctuating sounds like a power supply issue. Did anyone check if the PSU is sufficient for sustained gaming?

The PSU is 600W, which should be enough for this build. But if you're overclocking, you might want to consider a higher wattage.

Brian, do you think overclocking the RTX 4060 would cause stability issues in this setup?
.png)
I've overclocked my GPU with this PC, and it runs smoothly after tuning. Just remember to monitor temps closely.

Is anyone experiencing any issues with Windows or software bloat on the Nebula? Sometimes pre-built systems come with unnecessary apps.

Laura, I cleared out most of the bloatware and it runs much faster now. It’s worth a clean install if you're comfortable.

Would you guys recommend this for streaming or just gaming? I want a versatile system.
.png)
Nathan, I use mine for both, and it handles streaming and gaming pretty well. The RTX 4060 is good for streaming encoding.

Performance seems good for the price, but I wish the case had better noise insulation.

George, upgrading the case soundproofing could help, or adding foam inside might reduce noise.

Overall, I think the Nebula with RTX 4060 is a solid choice if you’re okay with tweaking a bit for optimal performance.

Thanks everyone! I was about to buy, but now I’ll check my airflow and consider a few upgrades first.
I've had a similar experience. The RTX 4060 is great, but the thermal management in the Nebula case could be better. Make sure your airflow is optimal.
Mike, thanks for the tip! Do you think undervolting the GPU could help with the temperature issues?
