Unboxing the EPOMAKER x Aula F75 Wireless Keyboard

I recently bought the EPOMAKER x Aula F75 wireless gaming keyboard after reading some reviews, and I was pretty excited to unbox it. However, when I opened the package, I noticed that some of the keys felt a bit off, and the wireless connection seems a bit flaky at times. I expected a smooth experience given the hype around this collaboration, but now I’m wondering if I should keep it or return it. Has anyone else experienced similar issues? Should I get this for gaming or look for alternatives?

I’ve been using the F75 for a couple of weeks now. The build quality is solid, but I did notice some latency in wireless mode during fast-paced gaming.

John, did you try updating the firmware? Sometimes that helps with connection stability.

I’ve had no issues with the wireless connection. Maybe your unit is a bit defective? Also, how’s the battery life for you? Mine lasts quite a while.

I read that the keycaps can feel different depending on the material. Did you customize or change any keys? That might affect the feel.

Emily, good point. I swapped some keycaps and it definitely changed the typing feel. Maybe the stock keys aren’t for everyone.

I’ve owned similar wireless gaming keyboards. In my experience, latency can be an issue with Bluetooth, but using the 2.4GHz dongle usually fixes that. Did you try both modes?

I use the F75 mainly for work, not gaming, but I haven’t had any connection issues. Maybe it’s just a specific batch problem?

I think the F75 is pretty good for gaming, but if you’re experiencing issues, it might be worth trying to reset it or re-pair it. Also, check if your USB ports are functioning properly.

Has anyone tested the battery life extensively? I’m worried about needing to recharge often if I game for hours.

Laura, mine lasts about 2 weeks with daily use, but it depends on how often you use the backlight and the wireless mode.

I think for gaming, a wired connection is more reliable. Do you think the wireless trade-off is worth it for the convenience?

Nathan, I agree. For serious gaming, wired might be better. But if you value tidiness and less clutter, the wireless F75 is a good choice—just make sure you get a unit with no issues.
